As some may know, I have started a club on Facebook called "Family Biggest Loser" inspired by the TV program by the same name. I only invited immediate family as i was concerned they might not want their weight shown publicly. When I started about a week ago I weighed 249 and I still do, I need to lose 50 lbs. I will try to post a daily log of what I eat each day if I can get it to work. I have a program I bought years ago which tracks all aspects of the food you eat, especially calories, fat, sodium, sugar, etc. you can set it to track whatever you like. I have been making a lot of mistakes. So far the biggest seem to be eating too many carbs which directly affects my glucose level. so as of today no more carbs. will work on one thing at a time and keep you posted.
